Insulation Materials

Rockwool Blanket

Rockwool Blanket is a lightly bonded insulating material faced with hexagonal G.I. or S.S. wire mesh on one or both sides to form a firm but flexible multi-purpose insulating material. It conforms to ASTM C-592 and equivalent BS 3958 Part 3 and BS EN 13162.

Benefits:

  • Service Temp. of 780C
  • Non-combustible
  • Rot-proof, non-hygroscopic
  • Non growth of bacteria, fungi, mould
  • Green Star compliant (VOC)
  • Sound absorbant to BS3638

  • Rockwool Slab

Rockwool slabs conforming to ASTM C-612 and equivalent BS 3958 Part 5 and BS EN 13162 are designed for the thermal and acoustic insulation of of existing and new buildings including offices, homes, retail, healthcare, educational and commercial premises.

    Benefits:

  • Service Temp. of 780C
  • Non-combustible
  • Rot-proof, non-hygroscopic
  • Non growth of bacteria, fungi, mould
  • Green Star compliant (VOC)
  • Sound absorbant to BS3638

  • Polyisocyanurate (PIR)

Polyisocyanurate, also referred to as PIR, is a thermoset plastic typically produced as a foam and used as rigid thermal insulation.

    Benefits:

  • Excellent insulation capability
  • High strength to weight ratio
  • Does not absorb moisture
  • Lightweight
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Cut and shape easily

  • Polyurethane (PUR)

Thanks to the reaction of a liquid polyol component with a liquid polymeric isocyanate, we obtain rigid PUR insulation products. Approximately 97% of the volume of the foam is trapped gas.

    Benefits:

  • Excellent insulation capability
  • High strength to weight ratio
  • Does not absorb moisture
  • Lightweight
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Cut and shape easily

  • HDPE Geomembrane

Used mainly in roof insulation. Available in various thickness; from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm. Smooth on both side, black color

    Benefits:

  • Excellent insulation capability
  • High strength to weight ratio
  • Does not absorb moisture
  • Lightweight
  • Cut and shape easily
