Void Formers

Void Formers made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) are used extensively throughout the civil engineering profession for major works such as motorways, bridge construction, underpasses, shopping centres, foundations and embankments.

They can be used for a variety of void forming applications for the formation, shaping and positioning of openings to reduce the weight of concrete structures (but not the strength), or alternatively can be used for temporary applications as part of a form work system. Any size or profile can be manufactured with relatively short lead times, in a range of compressive strengths to meet the loading requirements of the application.
